Leg Curls 3 x 6

Trap Bar Walks x 15 yards x 4 sets

Quick one, as at night later did tempo runs (run 100 yards in 15 seconds) walk back repeat 20 minutes, after did 10 yard get offs

Today nice light upper body pump work
