Finished last week strong but super exciting--started yesterday off with a bang.

I have significantly cut back my caffeine intake—not that there was a health scare or anything just felt like a junky as to how much coffee, unsweet tea and preworkout I consumed.

Needless to say felt a little foggy yesterday, forgot my chalk and other things were pointing to not a stellar workout—stayed the course and got it done

Trap Bar Deads-8 sets of 8 with a 30 second break—20 more pounds than last BRUTAL

Leg Ext—200 reps (hit failure rest 15 secons) took approx. 6 minutes

Feeling good and I definitely feel more muscular already with a week of real training and eating right.
