Jump Rope Boxing Footwork drills, multiple sets of pull ups & dips, occlusion arm training

Saturday

Wheel Barrow---5 sets moderate load 1 minute break, swings worked up to 370 x3 (no where near full ROM but love the test on my grip strength)

Sunday off (flying all day) arrived at my best friends birthday party in Cali and primarily lifted the fork to the face

Monday off

Tues (footwork drills, Jump Rope, lifting rocks various BW exercises) pretty low intensity--I am back on Friday and using this as a deload
