Changed up this week yesterday
Great weather and what not so brought my boys to the park with a hill, Sprint up Hill (holding them each one is 30 + hands) Sprint is a loose term......moved fast at the top did 30 push ups
Walked down and repeat did this for 30 minutes, we had a blast and heart rate was way up!
Help my friend train for a boxing match (here in about 20 minutes) after this over will get more regimented, been working out hard BUT not really training at least strength wise with a plan between the boxing and elbow flexibility stuff its been good and I feel in GREAT SHAPE
Pretty strong, very explosive and great conditioning!
