Last three workouts prior to the two I am posting were the same as the previous three but using more weight, reps etc some intensity barometer was increased
So here Was Thursday
Step-ups 10 sets of 6 reps (rest 1 minute) 2 more of these workouts adding 10 pounds per session...............doing well
Deadlift hyper 3 sets of 8
Lateral Lunges BW x 3 sets max reps in 1 minute
Neck
Friday finished Quick both days finishing copy edited draft of new book pressed for time (all sets were drop sets to failure did 4 drops per exercise, this took 30 minute)
Lat Pulldowns
Hise Shrugs Hack Squats
One Arm cable Row
Chest supported row
I am staying on this 3 day split, get one day off a week (someday go straight through)
