
Monday this was phenomenal workout I felt freaking bullet proof, I worked out insane one of my closest childhood friends died and working out very hard makes me feel better!
Step ups with trap bar on to 4 inch platform (heavy was lame) choice but great work was at a different gym and did not want to wait for squat rack to open x 4 sets

Seated Rows 10 sets off 5 20 sec break
Step ups 2 minutes straight on a 20 inch platform with 225! Loved these
