Heavy yoke 40 feet
Sandbag lunges 45 degrees x 1 minutes
Walking sandbag lunges x 10 yards x 2
Forward Scoop Throws back and forth 5 minutes
Lateral shuffles heavy x 5 yards a 4 sets
