Yesterday "Ruck" walk with 60 pound weighted vest, brisk pace for 30 minutes

Today

Dumbbell Bench Press 10 sets of 10 (very light getting back into this) superset with Chest Supported Rows hold Contraction 2 sec for 5 reps

Weighted Dips, forward lean x max reps x 3 sets

Occlusion arm training!

Going balls out tomorrow!
