I am behind in posting!  My apologies

I will begin with yesterday worked the mitts with Coach Kelly Weaver for 45 minutes, after did Dips for 20 minutes hit failure then do 3 ladder drills and continue

This is our second time working out he is really good, at the rate with my elbow improvement one day I think I will have the flexibility to guard my face with my left hand
