yesterday did boxing workout, 1 hour on the mitts, this was VERY TAXING!!!!!!!
Today did this (upper emphasis as last did more lower, still keeping full body)
-Giant Set Belt Squats (used narrow stance and went ass to grass lighten load BUT smoked quads)x8, dips x8, bottom position bell fly x 25 no rest, just move exercise to exercise
-Giant set done in same manner chest supported row, lat pulldowns, rear belt sly (each 8 reps)
--box jump x 1 superset wrist roller 8 sets
