All Training has been good!

Monday was super hectic so did a Juarez Valley 30 Hindu Squat......was insane, my legs are so sore was done in 19 minutes.

Tuesday bench press and other pressing movements with fat bar and tons of band tension led by my therapist Eugene Torrance really working ROM and felt great........I had this nuts pump all day rep ranges 1-10 over 10 sets, after hit upper back work
