Really dumb doing sets of 10. I felt it the next day. But, it was fine and I'll keep doing it.

I threw a couple walks in with the vest. These aren't very hard, but I know they're good for me. I usually get in about 20-30 minutes of walking with it. My trap, upper and lower back are always lit up 10-15 minutes into it. It has to be good.
