Tsunami bar inclines many sets x15 reps per

Pushdowns with smallest MAG grip bar  8x10

Somehow 3 of the MAG bar ended up in the gym. I looked down at the rack and there they were. Nobody had touched them so touching them I began to do.

3 laps with prowler and plate per arm. This was good, about a hour of brutality
