It's been beautiful outside so I took advantage. It was 80 degrees around 1pm so I went outside and pushed the Prowler. I put 90lbs on it and did 10 sets of 40 yards. I didn't time anything, but I'm guessing my rest was around 1 minute between sets. I get very impatient waiting between sets. It's easier to just breath heavily
