I ran my pistol and carbine well. Felt very good with both. My aging vision is not helping my shot gunning. A couple of times I felt like my sight picture was good and moved on to the next piece of steel only to glance back and have to take a make up shot. It might be getting time for me to look into Lasix. I don't know what place I finished in yet as I haven't gotten the email results. But, I felt really good. I'm moving much better than I have in a long time.

I'll weigh in Friday, but I've been doing pretty good with my diet and cardio. So, I'm looking forward to seeing where I am. I'm not sure if I will get my workout in tomorrow or not. I'm leaving right from work Friday night for a 3-4 hour drive to Deland, FL to help Casey Williams at RUM. So, I'll need to get some stuff done at the house and I might not have enough time to get to the gym. I will definitely walk though. I'm looking forward to seeing Casey and having a weekend away and nothing to do but wrap some knees and such.
