I have not eaten well this week. I need to get back into the swing of things. Work has been very busy, so I find myself scrambling to keep up with my personal stuff. I'm getting everything in, but I need to get my eating back on target. I do have a 3 day weekend coming up and hopefully I can get up around the house.
