--rehab continues to go well and its nice to actually feel like I am doing something--here is yesterdays session

--upper body bike

-numerous range of motion stretches

-lat pulldowns 4 sets of 20

-machine dips 4 sets of 20

-push ups against bar 4 sets of 20

-triceps push downs 4 sets of 20

-dumbbell curls 4 sets of 20

-overhead tri ext 4 sets of 20
