Workouts have been going well. I benched on Monday May 3. My strength is coming back good. Always could be better but being patient is the key.

Overhead shoulder presses barbell 5x6.
Front raises 3x10
Band Pull-aparts 3x25,
Rotator cuff cleans 3x15
Tricep Pushdowns 5x10
Wednesday I started bike riding (Cycling outside on a trail) My ass is sore from the seat. It definitely was a challenge. Also my hip is sore from riding. I'll take it slow for a bit til I get use to it. I also pulled Wednesday night. I didn’t do much after riding. 135x8, 135x5, 225x3, 315x3, 405x1, 505x1, light shrugs 2x12

Tip of the day: When deadlifting once you are set to pull, your hips or nothing should move until the bar moves. Everything moves at the exact same time!
