Tuesday--Hill Runs 40 yard hill at about 75% max speed (still sore from Monday) 20 times run up and walk back in 15 minutes
Weds--Sled Chest Fly 3 sets 20 yards
Chain fly 6,8,10,12
Incline Cable 4 sets of 15
10 minutes of occlusion arms
heavy bag (not my ideal choice of exercises but working around my elbow still getting it done and improving)
