Neutral grip pulldowns 10x10

Dumbbell press   worked up to 100lbx10x3 sets

Push ups off handles with green band 10x3 sets

Rope face pulls 20x3 sets

V grip pushdowns 20x 3 sets

Caught some bug for a couple of days so no training on tues, wed or thur. Working on getting back on track.
