Ten days of no training and traveling through 6 countries has left me 25 lbs lighter and in dire need of food and training. On Saturday I managed to take care of one of those things!
Headed off to Mayfield, KY to train at Primal Fitness. Luckily it is less than 20 minutes from my house and a huge building. Lots of friends were there ready to train!
