I did Neck and Guns after each lift just to get some work in. I skimped on conditioning this week. No excuse other than pure laziness. I went for a few walks, but it wasn't nearly enough.
I've enjoyed the first week of the volume work. I'll get my ass under the bar this morning and we'll see if I continue to enjoy it.
I'll finish the volume cycle during Finals Week and then I leave for Arkansas the following Wednesday. I'm thinking I'll come in Sunday and Monday or Tuesday and do a strength check to see where I am. Once I get back I'll probably run a week or a whole cycle of GPP and roll into another volume cycle and finally finish with a whole strength cycle over the summer. This is the tentative plan.
