
For some reason, Deadlifting was on my mind.
- Trap Bar; 225/245/265x3/285x12
- Shoulder Rehab
- 10 Minute Circuit
- Push-ups: 5x10
- Pull-ups: 5x5
- Shrugs: 5x10
I also did some Neck and Curls. Then I went for a 40 minute walk with the vest. I got the dumb idea to add 15lbs to the vest (40lbs). I'm feeling it already. It'll be good, though since I'm not doing a ton of real conditioning. Walking around with 40lbs on me should keep me alive through the winter.
