I actually went to bed Thursday night with "an idea" and then actually remembered it when I woke up Friday! It hit me that if I can JUST feel the position correctly on my feet after I get the bar past my knees, I can finish the pull and make a decent lift. I did a lot of extra warm up sets (singles) before I even went over 50 kg and it paid off.

I'm pretty sure that I can NOT full clean anything less than 120-130 kg because if I make an actual pull the bar will be moving HIGH and a lot faster than I can go down. I can't pull against the bar to get myself under with anything less.
