See that photo above? THAT was how close she was to hitting a doggone near 20% increase on her Personal Record!

Freaking Team Darden!

I've learned a few things recently that have helped me a lot in my lifting.

1) I need more therapy work. I've had pain for years in my bones that has mostly gone away. Chemo is giving me a lot more pain inside my bones that I can't pinpoint. Just because I don't have muscular pain doesn't mean I don't need to pay more attention to what COULD happen.

2) I need to be relaxed for Weightlifting.

3) I need to take smaller jumps with my sets. I don't need the reps, I need the sets at lower weight so that I can make it transfer UP before I start to use bad technique.

Snatch
a crap ton of singles
90 x 1
96 x 1
101 x 1
106 x 1 (best this year)

Extremely pleased with my technique improvements on these

Clean and Strict Press (cleans hurt my bicep and hamstring)
a crap ton of sets with 60-85 kg

Squat
singles up to an easy 175 kg

Don't miss my wife's great day!
