The plan is to stick with the bulk of my work being technical on all lifts in the 75-85 KG range. I'm hoping that this will pay off technically and it won't beat up my joints as much.

important that I did a couple good cleans with LIGHT weight which is huge! Means I'm showing progress on bar control and releasing the bar at the right time as well. It is a huge sign for me and my future lifts on cleans.
