I've been panicking because I'm not able to drive long distances, I've found a gym within 20 minutes that I can train at, but they don't have a weightlifting bar or platform for my wife to use...AND SHE WANTS TO TRAIN! Monday night she told me "I want to train Tuesday, somewhere, find a place!" so I began my search. We went and visited a local gym that seemed pretty cool but there wasn't really a place in the back for a Weightlifter to train and concentrate.
Monday night I was in panic when I got a message on The Instagrams from Murray Weightlifting to stop by and say hello. So...we got up today, ate, and headed that direction.
Nefi's hand is still hurting a lot and still swollen. For some reason the skin on her hand and arm is peeling off as well. I'm not sure what all that means but in the process she can barely train so we have to get it looked at.
