Who: Me, only freaking me and the voices in my head.
What: Weightlifting, a sport that I'm terrible at
When: Friday November 6, 2015
Where: The House of Biceps, and the voices in my head
Why: I really don't know! Being honest my body is exhausted! I'm terrible at Weightlifting but each and every week I improve and it is one of the days that I look forward to the most in my training program. Adding on top of this, a few Weightlifting friends gave me a few new exercises to do in warm ups and at the end of my training to work on and Matt Ladewski by chance told me to try similar exercises to help my hip that doesn't want to turn outwards on my Powerlifting Squat.
So I had about a million things that I wanted to do in the gym.
