Feeling my training is working kind of nicely. Since mixing up the program days a bit, I woke up not knowing what the heck I was suppose to do. Was it squats? nope. Was it back and pipes? No, I just did those. Not bench again is it? Three days, four? SHOOT Dynamic Bench!
I got to the gym and began to warm up with my normal "core" exercises to address the spine stabilizer muscles when I felt I wanted to just do a few HIGH set/ LOW rep speed exercises.
Shoulder Press: 5x9x95
Cable Lateral Raise: 3x20x25
Rear Delt Destroyer: 1x60-40-30x36-28-18 lbs kettle bells
C/S Shrugs: 4x12x90
Cable Chest Press: 4x12x70
Dynamic Bench: 15x3x185
Stretcher Push ups: 4x30
It was weird at first, like I'm always pre planned as to what is needed to be done, so doing it by FEEL was different to say the least for the last couple days.
I've since applied this to eating and sleeping as well.
It makes for a non hungry, sleepy day
