Here's a what if that I was thinking about...

I've said to my young athletes on the field to do 10 push ups (GOOD ONES) daily.  That would lead to 70 push ups per week.  x 4.3 weeks to a month, that would equal 301/ month x 12 month would equal 3612 push ups in a year.  Think about that!

Now, if we add on a daily basis a few more Calisthenics like:

Pull ups x 5=1806

Dips x 10=3612

Chin ups x 5=1806

GHRx 10=3612

Back Extensions x 10

and Planks for 1 minute per day the totals would look like THIS:

Pull ups x 5=1806

Dips x 10=3612

Chin ups x 5=1806

GHRx 10=3612

Back Extensions x 10=3612

and Planks for 1 minute @ 50 something hours or TWO DAYS

Might need to implement this and see what happens to the body by doing so little over the long haul.

Hmmmmmmmm????????

Building on the total number of "Cals" we are doing, I added 180 pull ups to the batch.  While this number is climbing at a nice pace, my shoulder started to BARK at me a bit.  I am going to brush it off as "sleeping on it wrong" but I might back down a bit.

In order to get to the 180 pull ups today I had super set everything with them.
