The session was great!  Legs were tired a bit from heavy ruck on Monday

Farmers walk dragging sled behind me too x 75 feet x 4 sets (felt very quick and video suggests such)

Yoke 60 feet 4 trips

Med ball throws (with tw workout partners 8 minutes, I throw, he throws, he throws repeat)

Sledhammer

Box squats 5 singles

Felt like freaking superman!
