When you can't do any more triples, start adding a chain per side until you can't do the SINGLES.

Face Pulls: 4x15x+10 pounds more than last week
Single Arm OHP:
2 warm-up sets x 10 reps
3 Work sets x 15 reps
Shrugs: 3x8x405
