In today’s log I am going to have a guest coach, Matt Buckingham of TPS give you a Squat Quick Fix: The Unrack.
Usually, veteran lifters usually know this, but beginners often struggle on the unrack. Losing tension on the unrack means that you will not get it back when you walk the weight out. Loss of tension equals a loss of pounds on the platform, or a missed lift/reps in the gym.
Matt knows a thing or two about that squat, bench and deadlift. He’s an Elite total powerlifter and highly experienced coach here at TPS.
