Dave Tate's Alumni TYAO - Thursday & Friday: February 20-21, 2025

This exclusive TYAO ALUMNI event occurs on Thursday and Friday, February 20th and 21st, 2024.

• Registration: Available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Capacity: Limited to 6 participants (TYAO alumni) per event.
• Duration: This is a 2-day event.

Once you register, we will contact you to personalize your experience based on Dave's initial email. Due to this customization, the full event schedule is partially TBD. Here's what to expect:

• Day 1: Focus on squats and deadlifts, ending with a Q&A session.
• Day 2: Dedicated to bench presses.
• Start Time: Both days begin at 9:30 a.m.
• End Time: Estimated from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with lunch and snacks provided.

This event will be filmed for our YouTube channel. Note: Q&A sessions will not be recorded.

BONUS: You are also welcome to stay and train or hang out with the elitefts training crew on Saturday and Sunday (we begin training at 9:30 am on each day)
