Day 1:Squat, Deadlift, Lower Body Day
Begins at 9:30 am - Should be over by 8:30 pm (maybe sooner - maybe later)
Squat - Technical Work and Assessment of Weak Points (physical, mental, and technical).
This will be an actual squat session. We will spend a lot of time on your technique, and then you work up to submaximal to maximal weight to assess and determine physical areas of improvement.
Deadlift - Technical Work and Assessment of Weak Points (physical, mental, and technical).
Special Exercises - Based on your weak points. You will be instructed what exercises to do and how to do them.
TYAO - Dave will take you through a brutal leg training session.
Post Training QA
We are keeping the attendants very low to ensure ALL questions are answered and addressed.
Day 2: Bench and Upper Body Day
Begins at 9:30 am - Should be over by 3:30 pm (maybe sooner - maybe later)
Bench - Technical Work and Assessment of Weak Points (physical, mental, and technical).
This will be a real bench press session. We will spend a lot of time on your technique and then will have you work up to submaximal to maximal weight to assess and determine physical areas of improvement.
Special Exercises - Based on your weak points. You will be shown what exercises to do and how to do them.
TYAO - Essentially, Dave will take you through a brutal training session with emphasis on how to train muscles vs movements and vise versa
Post Training QA
We are keeping the attendants very low to ensure ALL questions are answered and addressed.
Every attendant will be invited to our Private Discord Group. This group contains over $1000 in Free resources via eBooks and videos. You will also become part of a community where other attendants can share their experiences, updates, training advice, etc. This also provides a place where Dave can answer your questions and review training videos.
The end time is not specified, as Dave WILL stay as long as it takes for all questions to be answered.
