Before bodybuilding, Ken played football for the University of Michigan—a part of the National title team (12-0) in 1998. He owns Jax Fitness and Fit Foods RX. A long-time friend and training partner of John Meadows, Ken is a Team Granite Athlete for Granite Supplements.
