Jimmy Kolb is a drug-free, equipped bench specialist—the first and only person to bench 1200, 1300, and 1400 pounds (holds 11 competitive 1000+ pound benches in the last two years). A Marine Corps veteran, Jimmy benched his first 1000-pound poly bench while still on active duty.  

He was awarded the Baddest Bencher and WPO Bench Bash Winner in 2022.

Jimmy owns Kolbstrong Power, which offers online and in-house custom bench programming. He also cofounded the Kolbstrong Scholarship, a 501c3 non-profit that financially helps teenage and junior athletes.
