Keys to Success:
- Set the safety pins in the leg press where you feel most comfortable.
- Lower the weight to the saftey pins under control.
- Set the platform on the safety pins and rest for 1 second but do not let the tension leave the quads.
- Explode through the heels and push the weight up as fast as possible.
- Repeat for desired reps.
