Double bent over kettlebell rows
This is an excellent sub. for bent over BB rows. The benefits here is that you can turn your hands any direction you want to work different areas of the back.
Also, if you have shoulder issues you'll find a hand position that lessens the strain on your shoulders.
You can utilize overhand, underhand or parallel grips on the Kbs.
You can also perform these in various methods, such as:
- simultaneously up & down
- alternating reps, hold one in contracted position or hold one at bottom with shoulder retracted
- see saw style which is great for grapplers, while one arm goes up the other goes down.
Another benefit here is that your legs get a good workout as well simply by stabalizing your body.
make sure this movement remains bent over and does not become a high pull which is a common error in beginners.
