Kettlebell Bear Crawl
This is a great conditioning exercise as well as a great exercise for your shoulders, abs and well, your whole body!
Have one kettlebell in each hand. Be sure to keep some of your body weight on your hands (and the bells) at all times. Take small steps forward as you move the kettlebells one in front of the other.
Be sure to stay with smaller steps so that your shoulders stay mostly over your hands (and the bells).
