Grab the sleeve for thick handle to help with your grip work.
Pulling the weight to either the arm pit or slightly lower, keep the back flat and chest high.
Go heavy on 1-arm rows — Matt Kroc has shown us the benefits of them and they are hard when performed with heavy weights AND high reps!
All of these movements show that you can literally use the grappler as a gym itself, especially if you're a garage / basement lifter and need to save space but want a variety of movements.
You can have 2 guys performing 1-arm rows at the same time as well.
