The reverse grip gripper machine is just what it looks like. There is nothing real fancy to say about this one. Just grab the machine with a reverse grip and squeeze.
This is one of those movements that works best for a few sets to failure.
You can also vary how many fingers you have on the machine. I also like to do this exercise without the aid of my index fingers. This is a strong point for me and allows for my weaker fingers to get more work.
