The spoon press is an assistance movement that will target your triceps and front delts. It's similar to a dumbbell bench press, but you must keep the dumbbells touching the entire time. Notice how big JL is and how small those dumbbells are. This is not an easy exercise.
To perform this movement, grab two dumbbells and lie on a bench. Press them and lower them in a controlled fashion with the dumbbells constantly in contact with each other. This is essentially a super close grip dumbbell bench press, so prepare your triceps for war.
