This is a great way to pump up your upper body and not think too much. Set up an incline press close to the vertical posts of a power rack, so that when you press the bar, it will run up and down the posts. You will have to play around a little bit to get the correct positioning.
This is best done for higher reps and at the end of the workout. This will smoke your upper body. This is a poor man's smith machine!
