This is a great bar than will give you a unreal stretch at the top of the pull. Because the handles spin you are able to get that extra stretch at the top that you would not otherwise be able to get.
As with any lat pull, keep your back arched, lead with your elbows and keep your chin and chest up.
This is also a higher rep movement (8-12) for multiple sets (3-4). Would you really max out on this for a single anyhow?
