Adam Feit has paid his dues. He had to in order to gain the amount of respect he has among his colleagues. Adam did what most wouldn't and sacrificed time, money, and relationships to pursue what he wanted: to become a full-time strength and conditioning coach.
That drive and passion provided him with opportunities that most coaches his age wouldn't be ready for. It takes a special coach to give everything to the athletes while still pursuing what is best for his career. That attitude landed Feit one of the youngest head strength and conditioning coach positions in Division 1 Athletics at Eastern Michigan University. From their, his hard work paved the way for a full-time assistant coach position with the Carolina Panthers under the tutelage of Joe Kenn.
One of the most sought-after qualities of any coach is being honest with yourself. Being able to understand the big picture in a cut-throat, ego-driven profession is an attribute rarely seen among coaches. Feit made the decision to join Bobby Smith at Reach Your Performance Training. A decision that was made easy knowing the importance of the impact he can have on athletes regardless of sport or level.
