7:30AM - Brush teeth, change laundry, scoop kitty litter and take my dogs out. This all happens in about 30 minutes.
8AM - Take supplements, eat eggs and oatmeal. Go train. This consists of either weights or cardio.
11AM - I'm home to feed the dogs, rabbits and myself.
1-3PM - Nap time. This is also when I usually ice whatever parts of me hurts.
3:30PM - Time to eat again.
4:30PM - Leave to go to work.
5-7PM - Train a couple of clients.
7-8:30PM - Time for workout or cardio - whichever I didn't complete in the morning.
9PM - Get home. Eat, take supplements, settle all EIGHT animals down.
11:30PM - Bed.
