Grilled Buffalo Chicken Wings
- 3lbs of Chicken wings
- Sticks of carrots and celery
- A roll of paper towels
Marinade
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Worcestershire
- 1 teaspoon Coarse Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1 cup of melted butter
- 1 cup of Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
Man Ranch
- 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
- 1 cup of Mayo
- 1 cup whole milk
Directions
- For Man Ranch, follow directions on the package, prepare first and set in refrigerator.
- Cut the wings so you have flats and drummies, discard tips.
- Rinse the flats and drummies (wings), then pat dry with paper towel.
- Put the wings in a bowl or Ziploc baggie.
- Add the marinade to bowl or baggie.
- Make sure all the wings are well coated.
- Put in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Heat Grill.
- Place all the wings on the grill.
10. Grill on each side for 4 to 5 minutes, remove when there is a nice char on each side.
11. Mix the melted butter and buffalo sauce in a large bowl.
12. Put wings in the sauce.
13. Make sure the wings are well coated, for maximum deliciousness.
14. Serve with Man Ranch, Carrots and Celery.
