BBQ Baby Back Ribs
- McCormick’s Grill Mates –Sweet and Smoky rub
- 1 to 2 racks of baby back ribs
BBQ Sauce
- 1 bottle of Sweet Baby Rays
- ¼ cup of Worshire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon of the rub
Directions
For BBQ sauce:
- Put the bottle of Sweet Baby Rays in a medium bowl.
- Add ¼ cup of Worcestershire Sauce.
- Add 1 tablespoon of the rub.
- Mix well.
For Preparing the Ribs:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees .
- Rinse ribs and pat dry with paper towel.
- Put rub all over the ribs (don’t forget the underneath.) and wrap in aluminum foil.
- Place in the oven for 3 hours.
OR (Quick and Easy Method)
- Put ribs in a CrockPot/Slow cooker
- On Low for 5 hours.
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Place ribs on grill.
- After putting ribs on grill, brush BBQ sauce on the facing up side.
- Flip ribs after 3 minutes.
- Brush BBQ sauce on the facing up side.
- Flip ribs after 3 minutes.
- Then flip ribs two more times for another three minutes per side.
- Remove from grill and serve.
