As we begin the New Year, we look forward to the 20th anniversary of elitefts and everything that it means for the business. Several months ago elitefts moved into a specially designed, brand new facility — the first the company has ever fully owned. This major milestone provides significant improvements in opportunities for the future and has led to much internal deliberation over what comes next.
And just like training, we believe knowing what you're good at is a vital part of the improvement process. You can only identify your weaknesses if you also identify your strengths. So as we move forward in the New Year, we're asking for your help identifying what it is YOU believe elitefts does best. The below survey will only take a few seconds and will automatically enter you for a chance to win a $100 gift card. There's only ONE question to answer.
What does elitefts do best?
Product Quality — Maybe you were impressed by the construction of an elitefts power rack or found that the Patriot Wrap was your favorite knee wrap. No matter what item you purchased from elitefts, quality is and always will be important.
Educational Content — Founded on the principles of Live, Learn, Pass On, elitefts wouldn't be elitefts without the information shared on the site, at events, and in person from the best experts in the industry. Through thousands of articles and an even greater number of pages of Q&As, training logs, and coaching logs, the educational content is the first experience many lifters have with the company.
Customer Service — If you call elitefts, you're going to speak to a person who knows the equipment and knows the industry. If you pick the right day at the right time, it may even be Dave himself. The customer service of elitefts includes everything from a special shipping request to help from Director of Sales Matt Goodwin in setting up your home gym.
Competitive Pricing — Do you come to elitefts for your strength equipment because of the price? Have you found the items to be of better value than competitor products? For many customers, this is the most important part of purchasing strength equipment.
Also, fixing the spelling in "competitive pricing" may help!
Education and Equipment are the two main ingredients that have proven this.
best. I use various sizes with barbell training and even take a couple to work in my office. Using them for pec stretch and curls when I take a break.
Thank you - Dave Tate !
Pat Susco
Rogue and others sell similar quality equipment but they don't have the depth of educational content in such an easy to access format. That's why I always check to see if elitefts makes a product first before I buy it from anywhere else
Thanks for all that you do and you guys truly are great on many, many levels.
Thanks!
Product selection could be better.
I won't argue pricing, EliteFTS is competitive and a business must profit remain intact.
Educational? No. This is probably where EliteFTS needs to place some effort if the company wants to Branch out. I've watched some of the presentations by Dave and they aren't inspiring or thought provoking.
